+ How do I book you?

I've streamlined the booking process so that it's super simple to book your session. Simply send me a message via the contact page, I will send you back all of the information to book your session. There you will select your session type, date, and time.

I will send over an invoice for your Session Fee. In order to officially book your date and time, I require 50% of your Session Fee for deposit along with a signed Portrait Agreement. Since the deposit secures your time and date on my calendar, your deposit is non-refundable.

+ What if it rains?

Unfortunately, Mother Nature is super unpredicatable. Especially in this tempermental Eastern NC weather. Weather definitely plays a role in your session. I never want to compromise your experience with our session together, so if rain or heavy winds are in the forecast we will simply reschedule for a day that works for you.

+ What Should I wear?

I encourage all of my clients to wear clothes that directly affect their style, but to kick it up a few notches! Color is everything! Like, I can't say that enough. You can never ever ever go wrong with color! Color blocking, patterns, crazy prints, you name it!

It's always great to bring extra accessories and pieces with you to your shoot! Simply adding a hat or a jacket, or changing out jewelry can completely change a look and add so much more versatility to your shoot. If you'd like to go shopping together, just let me know! I love styling my clients. We can make a whole day of it.

+ Can I bring family and friends to my shoot?

Absolutely! I encourage you to bring whoever you want. I feel like, the more people, the more fun! It's also super helpful to have an entourage that will help you out during the shoot. Just be sure that your guests realize they're here to help and not distract you.

+ What if I'm running late?

I understand that time truly escapes us, especially when we have somewhere important to be. However, if you realize you're going to be late simply reach out and let me know in advance. Please remember that your shoot time doesn't shift because you were late. After 15 minutes, a late fee is added to your Session Fee. After 20 minutes, unfortunately we won't be able to shoot (see Portrait Agreement). All monies paid to photographer are forfeited.

+ Are prints included in the Session Fee?

The Session Fee includes the time of the shoot, editing, and the delivery of your online gallery. Prints are not included in your Session Fee. However, few select sessions include a print credit.

A print credit is essentially a digital gift card that can be redeemed during your Ordering Session for the specified amount off included in your session.

+ Do I have to have my makeup done?

Professional makeup is required for your photo session with BTP. I do realize that some people don't wear makeup but when it comes to your photo shoot, makeup is essential. It truly makes a world of difference for a polished, professional, and fresh look for your portraits. To ensure quality of my work, makeup is 100% required.

+ ... but makeup is included in my session!

Awesome! Thank you so much for booking one of my Premium Sessions! We're going to have sooooo much fun! Although makeup is included in your session, it is still your responsibilty to book with one of my makeup artists. You will contact them to set up a time for makeup on the day of your shoot. Once you guys have got that squared away, I will handle the rest.

Please keep in mind that your makeup must be done BEFORE the scheduled shoot as to not interfere with your scheduled start time.

Your gallery will be available two weeks after your shoot. About 24 hours after your session, I will post sneak peeks from your shoot on Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.
