Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a Pinterest-maniac! I find almost everything on Pinterest. I was browsing through the Male Fashion board and ran across the picture below.

I fell in love with how big and chunky this scarf was. I looked almost everywhere online for one and after about 30 minutes of browsing with no results, I finally decided to make my own. So I headed over to Jo-Anne's fabrics and found a burgundy chunky yarn. I ended up getting the Lions Brand Size 6 Bulky yarn, which is super soft. I purchased two skeins for my whole scarf. Once I got home, I looked at a few video tutorials to help me get started. Now, I don't know the difference between knitting or crocheting, or what I was doing at all. These video tutorials were very informative and easy to follow. Check them out below:

This video was helpful for how to start your initial chain stitch.

I followed this tutorial the entire way through. My scarf came out looking amazing!

I created this scarf by incorporating what I learned from both videos. I did this completely by finger crocheting the whole piece. Of course I had to do a mini shoot to show off my new scarf. I taught my niece how to shoot, she did a great job for her first time. I LOVE THIS SCARF!
